By accessing or using eSIM Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

We provide a platform to purchase eSIM and physical SIM data plans for travel and connectivity purposes, sourced from multiple third-party eSIM providers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. eSIM Delivery & Activation

eSIM QR codes are typically delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. Activation timing and network coverage are subject to the underlying provider's terms and the destination country's network infrastructure.

6. Refund Policy

Unactivated eSIMs are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase. Once activated, eSIMs are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Vendor Marketplace

Vendors listing plans on our marketplace must comply with our vendor agreement, including accurate plan descriptions and timely order fulfillment. Platform commission rates are disclosed during vendor onboarding.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for network outages, coverage gaps, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers or local telecommunications infrastructure.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for illegal purposes, to violate any provider's acceptable use policy, or to resell plans without becoming an approved vendor.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which eSIM Platform is registered.
